the wandering chick
a fabulous coastal stroll
...The Marginal Way

You can start at either end: Perkins Cove or Ogunquit. Two touristy-for-a-reason towns that are connected by The Marginal Way, a one and one-quarter paved footpath along an upper cliff hugging the seashore. Even in a wheelchair, it should be done if you like the outdoors and the ocean waves pounding against massive slabs of rock. That's the Marginal Way, so called because it's a piece of land that spits out between the Ogunquit River and the Atlantic.

Enjoy the photos. But if you're in the area, enjoy the walk. It's worth the time.
